Interview to Offer
WrightBuild arrange, book and manage all interviews, saving crucial time for both our clients and candidates.
We aim to deliver prompt and detailed candidate feedback to our client, this is submitted within 24 hours of interview completion.
Once a candidate has been selected WrightBuild work closely with both Candidate and Client to agree a package and start date that is acceptable for all parties.

I founded WrightBuild after spending 14 years in the executive search and recruitment industry across London and Singapore, collaborating with some of the coolest companies globally.
What drove me to start WrightBuild was a genuine fascination with the future of the construction industry. I have a true passion for the built environment and a love for the engineering and architecture that creates some of the most amazing structures in the world.
My driving factors behind WrightBuild are simple: to provide a growing market with a true specialist who actually understands the sector, and to ensure that both clients and candidates are genuinely listened to through a bespoke service.
Outside of work, I love to travel and see the world. That’s actually one of the reasons I love global recruitment—I get to connect with diverse people and visit clients worldwide. Having lived and worked in London, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur, I’ve been lucky enough to experience some of the world's most dynamic cities firsthand.
